Data and purposes
The form collects your name, company, email, optional telephone number, country and message to respond to commercial enquiries. Required fields are needed to handle the request. The hosting server may process technical access data to deliver and protect the service. Do not submit sensitive personal data.
Legal basis
Handling an individual’s pre-contractual request relies on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). For business contacts acting on behalf of a company, the legitimate interest in managing commercial correspondence under Article 6(1)(f) may apply. Consent collected by the form concerns the enquiry and does not authorise marketing. Applicable legal bases must be confirmed in the final review.
Recipients and retention
Authorised staff and hosting and email providers supporting the service may access data according to their roles. Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle the contact and any resulting relationship, taking account of legal obligations and the protection of rights. The controller must define the actual retention periods and providers before publication.
External services and transfers
Google Maps loads only on request. Links to WhatsApp and Google Maps lead to external services governed by their own privacy notices. These services may involve processing or transfers outside the European Economic Area; applicable mechanisms and safeguards should be checked in the providers’ notices.
